South Mumbai

South Mumbai includes the districts of Breach Candy, Malabar Hill, Colaba, Nariman Point, Fort and Cuffe Parade.... This is the oldest and most historical section of the city and the buildings and architecture reflect this. Nariman Point used to be the business centre of the city but much of that has now moved north to BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex). There is a colonial aspect to South Mumbai and so properties tend to be an older style than will be found in other parts of Mumbai. Depending on the location, south Mumbai tends to be more sedate than other districts of the city
